Use Anchor to research a short-term move. We give you our best ranking of housing, neighborhoods, and roommates based on your anchor. You still make the final call.

Listings are leads, not guarantees

Listings come from third-party sources. Confirm availability, terms, and landlord legitimacy before you send money. Anchor is not responsible for inaccurate third-party data.

Roommate matching is a signal, not a vouching

Our compatibility score is a signal. Meet people before you sign a lease with them. Trust your gut.

Account and eligibility

You must be 18 or older to use Anchor. One account per person. Don’t impersonate others. Don’t scrape the product.

Changes

We can update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes trigger an email to your account.
